We're looking for an experienced Android Developer (3+ years) with a solid foundation in Kotlin/Java, scalable architecture, and asynchronous programming. If you’ve worked on music or media applications, that’s a big plus! You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Android codebase, delivering seamless user experiences, and integrating cutting-edge features.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Maintain & Improve: Own the existing Android codebase – refactor, optimize, and keep it rock solid.

• Debug & Fix: Identify and squash bugs to ensure app reliability and smooth performance.

• Build New Features: Independently develop new features aligned with user needs and product goals.

• Craft UI: Design beautiful, responsive UIs using Material Design and Android best practices.

• Architect for Scale: Apply scalable patterns like MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.

• Asynchronous Mastery: Use Kotlin Coroutines, RxJava, etc., to manage background tasks effectively.

• Integrate Firebase: Implement Firebase tools for authentication, analytics, real-time databases, and more.

• Push Notifications: Build seamless push notification systems for engagement.

• Data Persistence: Use Room/SQLite to manage local data efficiently.

• Capacitor Knowledge: (Nice to have) Integrate native Android plugins with ReactJS using Capacitor.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.

🛠️ What You Bring:

• Kotlin (Strong foundation)

• Java (Solid foundation)

• 3+ years of experience as an Android Developer

• Experience with scalable architecture and asynchronous programming.

• Experience with MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.

• Proficiency in Kotlin Coroutines, RxJava.

• Experience with Firebase.

• Experience with Room/SQLite.

• Interest or experience in music or media applications is a plus.
