MeetMux (by Altrodav Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), an AI-powered, activity-based social networking app, is seeking a Jetpack Compose Kotlin Developer with 2+ years of experience. This full-time, ESOP-based (Equity-First) role offers an immediate joining opportunity, with on-site preference in Bengaluru (remote initially). You'll be a core member of the founding team, building a truly impactful social platform.

Backed by a passionate founding team and with a full-stack platform ready to scale, we’re looking for a Jetpack Compose enthusiast to join us in building something truly impactful.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the MeetMux Android app using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin.

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and performant app features.

• Collaborate directly with founders, backend engineers, and designers.

• Implement seamless UI/UX that reflects our mission to connect people.

• Optimize app for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and Firebase-based features.

• Ensure code quality with unit testing and CI practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Android development with Kotlin.

• Strong proficiency in Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture.

• Experience integrating APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Understanding of MVVM, Coroutines, Jetpack libraries, and lifecycle components.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Points For:

• Having shipped apps with Compose in production.

• Experience with push notifications, media uploads, and live location.

• Knowledge of AI/ML integrations or social app features.

• Start-up experience or side projects that show initiative.
