Flutter Developer Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart development.

• Strong grasp of mobile architecture and state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).

• Proven ability to design scalable, modular widgets and maintain clean UI code.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs with robust error and offline handling.

• Solid understanding of Flutter performance tuning (repaints, build phases, memory).

• Familiarity with native integrations using platform channels for Android/iOS.

• Writes unit, widget, and integration tests with CI/CD exposure.

• Takes ownership of features end-to-end — from planning to release and iteration.

• Applies clean code principles (SOLID, MVVM/Clean Architecture).

• Experience working in modular codebases or monorepo environments.

• Flutter Web experience is a strong plus.

• Good communication skills and team collaboration with backend/design/product.
